About Enriched Living Support

Why we exist

Most people meet the care system at the worst possible moment — after a fall, a diagnosis, or a phone call from a hospital. They then have to learn an acronym-heavy funding system while frightened and tired, usually from a call centre that reads from a script.

Enriched Living Support was set up to be the opposite of that. We are deliberately small enough that your coordinator knows your name, your street and which morning your shower is. We publish every rate we charge. And we work across Support at Home, NDIS plan-managed and self-managed plans, and private arrangements — so if your funding changes, your workers don’t have to.
