What we’re usually asked to help with in Salisbury
A lot of our Salisbury work starts the same way: someone has had a fall, come home from the Lyell McEwin, and the family has realised the house isn’t safe to manage alone anymore. The first month is usually personal care three mornings a week, a fortnightly clean, and transport to follow-up appointments.
On the NDIS side, Salisbury and Elizabeth are where we do most of our community access and household tasks work — getting to a program, doing a shop, keeping a place tidy enough that a tenancy isn’t at risk.

From a Salisbury family
“Mum’s in Para Hills and I’m in Melbourne. Having one coordinator I can actually ring, who knows which days Mum has her shower and who’s coming, is the whole reason this works.”Illustrative — client testimonials to be supplied
